| So, it is that time of the year. For turkey, pumpkin pie, and of course my birthday. I wasn't going to put a list up this year, since it seemed like people were a little anxious about double buying and the such. I wanted to allow some creative liberty of what you could do, if you wanted to find a gift. But after talking with my brother, I then realized that this list did help people for finding some things that I am in need of. I should put a list of things I want, but with my shift in work and my shift in pay, a lot of my wants have been butted out by my needs. So, enough babbling about what ever I am trying to say - here is the the list for 2008.
- Money is great. I am going to Disney in December for a conference. So extra money is always welcome. Also gift cards for gas, food, and clothings places would be great. I do need to get new jeans, unmentionables (either Lane Bryant or Victoria's Secret), and Mary Kay products.
- Alcohol - I know it sounds weird, but this has turned into a luxury for me. Blue moon beer, a good vodka like Absolut or Stoli, Bacardi Rum (White), or something else you think I might like.
- Massage - my back needs some TLC
- Movies - I know I usually have a list of DVD's -but passes to go out and see movies would be nice. I haven't been able to do that for a while. But also DVD's are good too - something recently released in the past year I probably don't have.
- Experiences with people - I would love to do things with people. We can go camping, we can go hiking, we can go to a cooking class, a concert, or we can go to sporting events. Homemade coupons (the clean type) will be accepted and put on my calendar.
- I love cooking, baking, camping, and being outdoors. Anything in that field would be wonderful.
I can't wait to hang out with everyone over my birthday and the upcoming Christmas season.

| Well, now that I am outside of the web of the network where I used to work - I now have access to Xanga...Ohh...craziness will be sure to happen now. Things are going well, I'll have to post a real message sometime soon. I must go, dinner is coming up soon.

| Look out flight tax, here I come! I just recieved a phone call from Matt's boss lining me up to work at Flight Tax. I go in this next Wednesday night for a couple of hours - and then pretty much Saturdays until tax time. So whoo-hoo for part time job and extra money. Well, that is it for now - Enjoy the beautiful day outside! | | |
| Hey all - How is the world of xanga going? It is so weird because I can read updates, I just can't really respond to them...so sorry if I have been distant in the world of xanga. But here I am, so I'll see if I can comment on the things that I thought about commenting on. Well, I got a kitchen aid mixer for my "birthday" - so far I have made cookies and pizza dough with it. And I have successfully thrown most of anything I add to it out - I'll have to work on perfecting the not throwing batter all over the place skill. I'll get there. I just got done baking a rediculous amount of food at my friend Angela's. We had a splitzy baking frenzy. Basically what that means is that we made 8 different things and shared them all. So, look for those at our next gatherings. It is yummy goodness. Well, that is about all i can muster to write about - I baked 3 hours yesterday and 9 hours today - i am kind of beat. See ya'll saturday. | | |
| Just a reminder - this October 22nd is Mandy-Night football. Weare gathering at the Litterals house to celebrate Mandy's 28th birthday with watching the Colt's play the Jaguars. The game starts at 8:30. I am not sure what time Sarah wants people to show up - so hopefully we can update you all soon enough.
Please bring some food, beer or spaghetti pizza. Mandy's main requests has been no tacos and nothing spicy. When we were at Kings Island last night she commented on the beer that is in the metal bottle cans. Maybe we can scrounge some of those up? I'm bringing a cheese ball and something in a crock pot (I haven't fully decided what...maybe sloppy joes.) But check with Sarah to see what she thinks.
Well - I can't wait to see all of you guys for Mandy-Night football!
